2. Photos SHOULD be clicked by the Participant only (Pictures taken from Internet or any other source are seriously restricted and leads to disqualification of that submission)
3. Open to IEEE & non IEEE members
4. Only one Participant is eligible to submit one photo at a time. Multiple submissions will disqualify him/her from the contest.
5. Last date for Submission : 5:00pm PST on 10th March 2013
