Please try to clearly mention the aim and objectives of the event organised by your Section, Student Branch or Affinity Group (GOLD or WIE) and what was achieved by that event. This will help our readers and other IEEE volunteers to appreciate your initiative and understand the benefit of organising such activities. You can alsoinclude a link to your Section or SB website for a more detail report. Please send your contributions in MS WORD and digital images in jpeg formats with captions in a MS-WORD document. Please restrict digital photographs to not more than two or three photos in file sizes less than 1 MB each.
